General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the rental of the vacation apartment “Alegre Beach Home”
| 1. arrival & departure | |

| – | Check-in from 15:00 – Check-out until 11:00. Pre-arrangements for other times possible. Please inform us of your expected arrival time 2 days before departure. |
| – | If the guest shows up without notice by midnight on the day of arrival, the contract ends automatically after 48 hours. A pro rata refund is not applicable. |
| 2. special requests & pet ban | |

| – | Special requests (e.g. earlier check-in or later check-out) only with written confirmation. |
| – | No pets – Non-smoking apartment. |
| 3. payment modalities | |

| – | Booking becomes binding with a 20% deposit of the total price. |
| – | Final payment due 14 days before arrival. For stays ≥ 4 weeks: Final payment 4 weeks before arrival. |
| – | Default of payment entitles the tenant to cancel & re-let. |
| – | No additional costs for water, waste etc. – all included in the rental price. |

| – | The guest may withdraw from the contract in writing at any time. |
| – | Bookings up to 28 nights: – Up to 5 days before arrival: full refund – Less than 5 days before arrival: 100 % of the rental price |
| – | Bookings of 28 nights or more: – Up to 30 days before arrival: full refund – 30 – 15 days before arrival: 50 % of the rental price – Less than 15 days before arrival: 100 % of the rental price |
| – | The date of the declaration of withdrawal shall be decisive. Payments already made shall be credited. A replacement person can move in in your place under the same conditions. |
| 5 Obligations of the guest | |

| – | The guest undertakes to treat the apartment, inventory and outdoor facilities with care. |
| – | Damage and defects (including those already present on arrival) must be reported immediately. |
| – | Failure to report will result in the exclusion of claims for damages. |

Use of data:
To make a booking, it is necessary to enter your contact details. You only need to enter the fields marked with an asterisk (mandatory fields) and the data relating to the booking (e.g. period of stay). We also save your booking date and time. Additional information (enter optional fields here) is not mandatory.
The data you provide on our website, including any notes, are personal data and are processed and used by us to ensure the processing of the booking and the provision of the requested service. We also use your data to provide you with relevant information regarding the booking or during your stay. The personal data collected during the booking process will be forwarded to the following third parties:

7. disclaimer
The lessor assumes no liability for failures or impairments due to force majeure, official orders, construction sites or natural disasters.
You are responsible for your own arrival and departure.
No liability is accepted for loss of or damage to personal belongings; willful damage is the responsibility of the guest.
8. final provisions
Photos and texts are for guidance only, a one hundred percent match is not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to make changes to the equipment, provided they are of equal value.
Should individual provisions be invalid, the remainder of the GTC shall remain valid; an invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the intended purpose.
Spanish law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is the landlord’s place of residence.
